All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS within 1 - 5 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Keith Kelly is not responsible for packages that have been lost or mis-delivered in the care of USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Keith Kelly is not able to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please confirm your delivery address is correct and secure. 

Please note that at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
